Skills: Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Educational Technology Integration, Project Management, Content Development, Pedagogical Best Practices, Assessment Design, Data Analysis (Educational Outcomes), Communication (Written & Verbal), Collaboration, Creativity & Innovation Requirements: Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role within an educational setting., Demonstrated expertise in applying various learning theories and instructional models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design)., Proven ability to develop engaging content for diverse learning modalities (in-person, blended, online)., Strong understanding of educational standards and frameworks (e.g., Common Core, state-specific standards)., Experience with authoring tools and multimedia development for educational content is highly desirable., Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines., A portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development projects or instructional design work is a significant plus.
