Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within a corporate finance or investment banking setting., Proven ability to build complex financial models and perform detailed valuation analysis., Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely., Strong analytical aptitude and a track record of identifying key insights from financial data., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment., CFA candidacy or designation, or an MBA, is a plus.
