This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Triage Protocols, IV Insertion and Management, Medication Administration, Wound Care, Cardiac Monitoring, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency, Critical Thinking, Effective Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration, Stress Management Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program, Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, TNCC certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical judgments and prioritize effectively, Strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety, Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Department team.
