We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our growing online learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective online courses and learning modules for a diverse student population. You will collaborate closely with faculty, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to transform traditional course content into innovative digital learning experiences, applying best practices in instructional design and educational technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning theories, excellent project management skills, and a passion for fostering student success in an online environment.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically with online course development in higher education., Proven experience designing and developing engaging, interactive, and accessible online learning content., Demonstrated proficiency with at least one major Learning Management System (LMS)., Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and their application in online learning., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., A portfolio showcasing instructional design projects and learning artifacts is highly preferred.
