Requirements:
Master's degree in Education, Science Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in K-12 science curriculum development or a senior science teaching role., Demonstrated expertise in current national (e.g., NGSS) and state science standards and frameworks., Proficiency with curriculum mapping tools and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)., Proven ability to lead projects and develop engaging, standards-aligned educational content for diverse learners., Strong understanding of pedagogical best practices, learning theories, and educational psychology., Experience with blended learning, online learning environments, and multimedia content creation., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and instructional efficacy., A portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development work or significant educational projects is highly preferred.
