We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. You will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparing executive-level reports to guide our business strategy and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred., 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking., Proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models)., Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and GAAP., Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software is a plus., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Strong attention to detail and accuracy., Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
