Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and deploy scalable, distributed systems in a production environment, Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception through to successful delivery, Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development methodology, Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code
