We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our innovative online learning team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective digital learning experiences for diverse audiences. This role involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into clear, concise, and interactive instructional materials, aligning with best practices in adult learning theory and educational technology. You will play a critical role in enhancing learner engagement, improving knowledge retention, and achieving measurable educational outcomes for our online programs.

Instructional Design Models (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Adult Learning Theory & Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, Needs Assessment, Evaluation & Assessment Design, Multimedia Development Principles (audio, video, graphics), Project Management, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Visual Design Principles

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a closely related field. Master's degree preferred., 3+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology, preferably in an academic or corporate online learning environment., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging and effective online and blended learning experiences., Proficiency with at least one major LMS and e-learning authoring tool., A strong portfolio showcasing instructional design projects, including samples of online courses or modules., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail., Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
