This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online learning experiences for a diverse student body. The specialist will collaborate closely with faculty and subject matter experts to transform traditional course content into innovative digital formats, ensuring pedagogical effectiveness, accessibility, and adherence to best practices in online education.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., 3+ years of experience in online course development, instructional design, or educational technology, preferably within a higher education setting., Demonstrated proficiency with at least one major LMS (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace)., Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff at all levels to achieve project goals., Strong understanding of best practices in online pedagogy and instructional design methodologies., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences., A portfolio demonstrating successful online learning projects is highly preferred., Commitment to fostering an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students.
