Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in a financial analyst or similar FP&A role., Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting., Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills., Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or financial planning software is a plus., Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., CFA or MBA is a plus.
