Skills:
Expertise in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js), Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture, Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB), Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Familiarity with message queues and asynchronous processing (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools, Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a focus on building scalable systems, Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, production-grade applications, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across distributed systems, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly, Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions and technical leadership, Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
