Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree (MBA) or CFA designation strongly preferred., 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role., Proven experience in building and maintaining complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts., Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of PowerPoint., Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and financial systems., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders., Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines., Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
