Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on campaign execution., Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns., Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate., Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)., Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments., Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
