Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products., Proven expertise in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and associated frameworks., Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization., Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure backend systems., Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development., Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes., Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices., Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills., Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience., Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
