We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Digital Learning team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse student population. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and technology specialists to transform complex content into accessible and impactful online, blended, and traditional course materials. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and cutting-edge educational technologies to foster a rich and interactive learning environment.

Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Multimedia Development (basic video editing, graphic design principles), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theory, Assessment Design, Project Management, Technical Writing, Visual Design Principles, Data Analysis for Learning Improvement

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably within a higher education or corporate learning environment., Demonstrated experience designing and developing online and blended learning courses from conception to completion., Proficiency with at least one major LMS and e-learning authoring suite., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly., Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and best practices for inclusive learning.
