We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse student population. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into clear, interactive, and outcomes-driven courses, utilizing best practices in instructional design and educational technology. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a rich and accessible learning environment that promotes student success and lifelong learning.

Skills:
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools, Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Knowledge of adult learning theories and pedagogical principles, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, Multimedia development (audio, video, graphics) is a plus

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Bachelor's degree with significant experience will be considered., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate learning environments., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging online, blended, and face-to-face learning content., A portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects., Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in course design., Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
