Skills:
Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C#, Node.js), Extensive experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with message queues and asynchronous processing (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), Deep knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-availability systems, Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, Experience with agile development methodologies and practices
