Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros), Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan), Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development, Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, Attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role, Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial principles, Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models, CFA designation or progress towards it is highly desirable, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
