Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, with a strong emphasis on online learning environments., Demonstrated experience designing and developing asynchronous and synchronous online learning experiences., A strong portfolio showcasing instructional design projects and e-learning samples., Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines., Proficiency with common office software and project management tools.
