Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution., Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting., Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification., Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification., Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed., Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development.
