Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program., Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State, e.g., California]., Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting, preferably in an ICU or critical care unit., Current BLS and ACLS certification. PALS certification preferred., Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions independently., Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-stress situations., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
