We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, educators, and technologists to transform complex content into accessible and impactful instructional materials, utilizing best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing learning outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our institution.

Skills:
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard, Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Strong understanding and application of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories, Ability to develop engaging multimedia content (video, audio, graphics) for educational purposes, Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and creating clear instructional materials, Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate learning effectiveness and propose improvements, Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) for digital learning content

Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered), 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology, preferably in an academic or corporate learning environment, A strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects across various modalities (online, blended, instructor-led), Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, Demonstrated understanding of current trends and technologies in educational design and delivery, Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
