Join our dynamic Educational Programs team as an Instructional Designer! We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for educators and students. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex content into clear, compelling, and measurable instructional materials across various modalities, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing learning outcomes and supporting our mission to foster innovative educational practices.

Skills:
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive learning theories, Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment, Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate instructional effectiveness, Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail, Basic multimedia development skills (e.g., video editing, graphic design)

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably within an educational or corporate learning environment, A strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects and deliverables, Proven ability to design and develop engaging, performance-based learning solutions for diverse audiences, Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
